Deposit: It is in your best interest to reserve a space as soon as possible to ensure that this annual event is a success and that rooms are still available. Please make your check of $300.00 out to Walk For All Seasons, LLC and mailed to 670 Cider Press Road, Easton, PA 18042, after you fill out this form and submit it. (Sorry, no credit cards) I will email you to let you know I received your check. You can now sign up for Travel Insurance by clicking on the link on my home page for Travelex. The costs of the Rally this year are as follows: $949 per person, double occupancy, two queen-sized bed. $1210 for single occupancy and a queen sized bed. $904 per person with two people in a room with one bed—queen or king—depending on availability. Payment in full is due August 1, 2005. This rate includes the following: Hotel, gratuities and taxes for four
nights, three dinners at the hotel. One lobster dinner at Victorian Station, Pickerings
Wharf, 4 breakfasts, two luncheons at the hotel, Two group walks (Salem Woods
and Marblehead rail trail, a harbor cruise. Yoga, Tai Chi and Fitness Walking
classes, an admission pass to some of the most desirable local museums and historic
sites, a private tour of the Chinese House transported and rebuilt in the Peabody
Essex Museum, use of the Salem Trolley, transportation to and from walks, local
walking guides, Walking Scavenger Hunt, Terror Trail Walking Tour, Talk on Salem
with local journalist and historian, evening entertainment with Scottish Dancer
and African Drumming (separate evenings!) Directions: Via I-95 or U.S.1 to Route 128 North, take Exit 26 East,
Lowell Street, in Peabody. (Pronounced "PEEbdy.") Turn Left onto Bridge
Street (Rte 107 North) Proceed 1.2 miles to Winter St. (Rte 1A South) Turn right
and follow Rte and follow route 1A South around Salem Common. The hotel is on
the left. Trip Cancellation Insurance is available through Travelex (or a company of your choice.) Be sure to read carefully and ask questions about the type of policy you choose and the concerns you have. One person who used my recommended insurance and had to cancel at the last minute due to health problems, was fully refunded. Another person, using her own insurance carrier, was misinformed about what she had purchased. She was not refunded. |
