Cancellation Policy
Information you need
In the walking tour business, as in many other tour businesses, we depend on having a certain number of people on each tour. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to lack of partcipants. Usually 10 people is all we need. If we have to cancel, a full refund will be given.
When the tour has enough people on board, we notify you by email or phone, so that you know you can now make flight arrangements. For the Walkers Rally policy, see the Walkers Rally Page.

REFUND POLICY
If you must cancel your reservation
for any reason, you will be charged a
cancellation fee:
90+ days before departure : loss of deposit
30 ? 90 days before departure loss of 50 percent of tour costs.
0-29 days before departure 100 percent of tour cost.
If you can find someone to replace you on the tour, you will be refunded as soon as their payment is submitted.
Dates are based on the date we receive
written notice of your cancellation.
Trip insurance information is available for anyone wishing to purchase protection and I do recommend it. Remember to bring your policy with you on your trip.
